About Nicole

I have three years of experience as a paid teaching assistant in both mathematics and chemistry at the college level. In these roles, I regularly supported students during office hours, working one-on-one and in small groups to break down complex concepts, answer questions, and build confidence in problem-solving. I focused on explaining material in clear, approachable ways and adapting my approach to different learning styles. Through grading and direct student interaction, I developed strong communication skills and a deep understanding of core STEM topics. I'm passionate about helping students not just get the right answer, but truly understand the material.
