I can’t recommend Nidia enough. We hired her to tend to our 1 year old this summer before our full-time nanny starts in September and she was an absolute dream. She was very attentive and caring with our little one, who had been going through quite a bit of stranger anxiety. Nidia did absolutely everything to help her overcome that and get comfortable with her. She is hard-working, trustworthy and communicative, which helped establish trust very quickly. When the baby was asleep, she’d proactively dive into some of the house chores that I had been struggling to find time to complete. If we had not already hired a full-time nanny, I would have definitely extended the offer to Nidia. We will keep her as our backup for any date nights or one offs. 10/10 recommend!
