Hello. I'm a caregiver with 10+ years of experience. Always doing my best to be as helpful as possible. I have a Kind heart with lots of patience. I can prep meals, Cook, light housekeeping, laundry, Assist with medication, assist with showering, toileting, 
Bathing, doctors appt etc. Also I have experience with Dementia, Alzheimer's, 
Diabetes and More... Non smoker with my own transportation. No children (So I'm flexible). Willing to travel for Overnights or Live- In Care. Minimum of #6 hours

Niesha is kind, attentive, and punctual, with an abundance of common sense.  A great addition to the team.

Niesha was unreliable in every way - she agreed to care for my father on Saturday and Sundays for  $40/hr which was a higher rate than most. She then showed up two hours late on her first day. The following week she said she could no longer work on Saturdays after agreeing to work on the weekends. Most offensively, she then changed her rate to $75 an hour, a rate that was never agreed upon, the day prior to showing up to care for my father. She changed the terms of agreement the day prior to showing up for work, leaving us without time to find her replacement. 

Niesha cared for my aunt suffering from Alzheimers. Niesha was able to navigate a very difficult period during which my aunt's health declined significantly. She dressed her, bathed her, prepared meals and performed all the daily necessities, but more importantly, she graciously cared for her, and listened and engaged with her which my family and I appreciated immensely. Niesha is a kind, thoughtful, caring and attentive and takes her job and responsibilities very seriously. My aunt required 24 hour/7 days a week care and Niesha and her team were attentive, punctual and reliable for care during a very challenging time for my aunt and family. She would keep us updated (texts/calls) on my aunts health or any household needs, etc. I would highly recommend Niesha to care for their loved one. We are very incredibly grateful for the wonderful care she provided my aunt.  

Niesha is a caring, kind,  and 
Genuine care giver.  She is reasonable,  responsible,  and on time person.  She cares for my mom as she cares for her own mom. She has been with us for almost 2yrs. We have been very fortunate and feel very secure to have her be with our mom when we can't.  

Niesha is a wonderful, professional care provider. She has an intuitive sense of what our fathered needed -at a time when he was unable to vocalize his issues. She is very capable and, given the latitude, will create a schedule of exercises and activities so a client is engaged and as active as possible.

Niesha Is a caring and extremely competent care giver. She loves her work and she prides herself on giving the best care possible. Niesha cared for my father with skill and compassion. She had a wonderful rapport with him and she made him feel comfortable and safe. She was diligent, professional and deeply invested in the well being of my father. She went above and beyond to be a source of comfort to him and to our family. I can't recommend her strongly enough. In a time of great sadness for our family Niesha was exactly who we needed and we will always feel extremely grateful for her help and skills.

Experienced, compassionate, calming, and professional. My mother was on hospice and I needed a live in caregiver. We met with Niesha  on a Sunday and hired her immediately. Sadly my mother's condition rapidly deteriorated but Niesha showed her experience and calming presence. She knew exactly what my mother would need and we were proactively ready for each next step. Besides her professionalism you can see she truly empathizes with the families taking care of their loved ones and sympathizes with the loved one.

Niesha is very personable and diligent as well as a dependable person.  She has been delightful and she assisted my mother in a professional and courteous manner.  Would recommend her without reservation.

Niesha took care of my elderly parents during the pandemic. She is smart, honest and reliable. She really cares about her patients and goes the extra mile without being asked. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
