As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider, I am passionate about nurturing and supporting children's growth and well-being. With over two decades of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of each child and strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can thrive. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to engage children in a variety of activities that foster their learning and development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates and written daily reports to ensure a collaborative partnership in caring for their children. My diverse skill set includes experience working with special needs children, and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with coursework in Early Child Development. I am also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), which enables me to communicate effectively with children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
