About Nikki

Hi, my name is Nikki! I've worked with neurotypical and special needs children 8mo-17yo with a focus in ASD, for 14 years. I started in the field as a special needs paraprofessional for pre-k- 5th grade in ASD specific classrooms. I have extensive experience with in-home ABA and as a nanny/personal assistant for special needs and neurotypical children/families. I volunteered at a special needs school in India which was an amazing learning experience. Currently I'm a BT, Director of Operations for an ABA company, and entrepreneur. I am energetic, hard working, organized and value honestly and open communication. I continue working as a caregiver to learn a variety of family needs while I continue building my business. Currently, I'm open to work that is occasional, one-time or flexible, in the Litchfield, CT and Clinton, CT areas. I also have experience traveling with families if help is needed on trips. My minimum rate is $30/hour. 2 kids= $32/ hour. 3 kids= $35/hour. Thank you!
