Hi there! My name is Nikkie, I am 36 years old and have many years experience nannying and babysitting! I nannied two boys who were 7 and 8 when I started for two years, and a baby boy who was 5 months when I started for about two years as well. I also have experience with twins who were 3 when I started and most recently with a 6month old and 2-year-old when started. I really love to be involved when I take care of children. Safety and fun are my main priorities! I'm silly and fun, and also make sure what needs to get done gets done! I love snuggling up and reading with kids, as that can be a great source of knowledge and imagination. Because of my experience with all ages and types of children, I'm good at reigning in and focusing kids when necessary while still creating an environment of joy and play.

I can't fully express how much our family and my boys love Nikkie. She is such a fantastic nanny/babysitter and anyone who hires her is incredibly lucky to have her in your child's life. She is wonderful with children, responsible, punctual, a fantastic communicator, and will always go the extra mile for the kids. She isn't afraid to get silly during playtime, she is firm when the kids need boundaries, she is patient, always present, and energetic. The love she has for kids radiates from her - in the way she carefully cut up my kids food just so when they were tiny and just learning, in the way she is so patient applying sunscreen even when my toddler throws a fit, in the way she would rock my baby to sleep and let him sleep in her arms if he refused to lay in the crib, in the way she would read the kids book after book after book after book because it's my toddlers favorite activity. I could go on and on about how many times she has been there for us and is always there to help us in a pinch. Please do yourself a favor and hire her, if she is available. She is absolutely amazing and you won't regret it!
