Nilda did great the first time she came. Then last minute she cancelled because she had an emergency with her son, which I understand. But after that she continued to ignore my texts and phone calls to set a new time to come. Extremely unprofessional. If you want someone dependable, don't hire her.

Nilda communicated well and in a timely manner via text. She came to do a free estimate. And she arrived on time on the scheduled day. She was detail oriented, worked well with my needs, and was very kind. She comes with her own equipment and supplies. Would hire her again.

What a nice, professional, and dependent individual! I am beyond lucky to have hired her for my cleaning services. I was looking for someone that I could keep for a very long time as every person I hired was not doing a good job and nor were they really taking their time cleaning, but Nilda cared. She made sure I was happy. She deep cleaned my house and made sure I was happy. I referred her to my friends and family. I will be hiring her again for a twice a month cleaning. Definitely recommend, you will not regret it.
