It's my genuine desire to support the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. With 20 years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR and First Aid Training and I'm also a Certified PCA. I have worked in many settings Hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and in home care. I prefer in home care because I love being able to provide 1:1 care. I provide respite care, transportation, and mobility assistance. I'm also happy to help with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I can also assist with medical management. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with care. I incorporate memory care activities and sensory engagement, as needed. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including daily reports and regular updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me.
