About Nina

I have been in the childcare/caretaker field for 10 years now. I have worked both part time and full time private care jobs as well as 2 daycare centers and a Montessori school. I've honed my skills in nurturing individuals of all ages, from newborns to those with unique needs, particularly within the autism spectrum. Raised in a household deeply rooted in Montessori philosophy, I've internalized principles of respect, independence, and individualized care. I feel that this lesson is the most important lesson I've learned and was lucky enough to be raised by my mom who has been a Montessori teacher for 30 years and my mentor. Outside of my caregiving I also managing my own small floral business. These pursuits complement my caregiving ethos, enriching my understanding of compassion and holistic wellness.
