Over the course of my 10 year experience I've performed direct senior care aimed at increasing comfort, psycho, social, and spiritual well-being by providing assistance with personal hygiene, physical comfort, nutrition, rehabilitation, and safety. I am able to cook, clean, and help patients with all daily activities. I've been trained to monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse and temperature.
