About Nishja

Along with childcare I have also been providing tutoring services in science, English and math for several years. I am a premed biology major and love tutoring in science courses, but helping strengthen reading skills in children is also a favorite of mine. I have experience working with children 6 and up and can assist in educational needs for elementary to college students depending on the subject matter at hand. I love the joy and satisfaction a student has when they are finally able to understand their course material after putting in the hard work and effort. Upon hiring I do a free 30-45 minute assessment where I will meet with your child before tutoring sessions begin to create a plan based upon their needs and view their course material. A short summary email is also sent after each meeting for you to monitor your child's progress and development.
