If we could give Nivalda more than 5 stars, we would. Choosing someone to care for your children is one of the biggest decisions a parent can make, and from the moment we had our first phone interview with Nivalda, we knew we had found someone truly special. Nivalda cared for our daughter, from the time she was 6 months old until she was 18 months old—a season filled with so many incredible milestones. Our daughter had a difficult start to life and required extra patience, attentiveness, and compassion. Nivalda embraced every part of that journey with unwavering love and confidence. She celebrated every milestone as if it were her own child’s, cared for her with incredible tenderness, and gave us the priceless gift of complete peace of mind each day. There was never a moment we questioned whether our daughter was safe, happy, and deeply loved. She also helped care for our older son, and developed such a wonderful relationship with him. Whether she was reading books, playing outside, doing crafts, or simply making them laugh, she had an amazing ability to make both of our children feel seen, valued, and loved. Watching the bond she built with each of them has been one of the greatest blessings for our family. Beyond being an exceptional caregiver, Nivalda is one of the kindest, most dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking people we have ever met. She is incredibly proactive, communicates wonderfully, takes initiative without being asked, and consistently goes above and beyond. She treated our home with respect and our family with genuine care. She quickly became so much more than our nanny—she became part of our family. I can’t explain the degree of sadness we felt having to say goodbye because our family’s childcare needs changed when our daughter started school. My hope is writing this review will allow another family to have the opportunity to experience how amazing she is. We will forever be grateful for the love, stability, and joy Nivalda brought into our home during one of the most important chapters of our children’s lives. She helped shape our daughter during her earliest years, loved both of our children unconditionally, and gave us a level of trust and comfort that every parent hopes to find. If you are fortunate enough to have Nivalda care for your children, know that they will be loved, protected, encouraged, and cared for as though they were her own.
