About Nkamoheleng

I'm a dedicated childcare and education professional with experience working with children across different ages, cultures, and developmental needs. My background includes au au pairing the UK, Europe and Southa Africa as well as in the United States. I also have experience supporting children with special needs, including autism, and currently work as a Lead Infant Teacher. I'm naturally patient, observant, calm, adaptable, and independent. I pay close attention to children's behavior, routines, communication, and individual personalities rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I'm comfortable managing daily routines, meals, naps, activities, homework, transportation, and household-related childcare responsibilities. My teaching background also helps me support children academically and developmentally. Living and working internationally taught me independence and flexibility and that children may have very different personalities and needs even when they are the same age.
