My previous experiences in similar roles were incredibly rewarding, and I enjoy supporting families by providing reliable care. I am patient, compassionate, and approachable. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Earning a care recipient's trust is paramount to me. With five years of experience, I adeptly handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I also assist with meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility, and physical activity. I have a college degree and speak Spanish. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
