As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I'm equipped to provide respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and more. I also have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly.
