About Norma

I'd describe my personality as fun, compassionate, assertive Seniors have so much wisdom and knowledge to share. I enjoy hearing their life stories. They deserve to be cared for with dignity and respect. I'm looking for a job that is not 8-5 as I do need flexibility. I helped with my aging grandparents as they would come and stay with us for 3 months out of the year. I have cared for one adult female with dementia as well. In my spare time, I love to cook, garden, workout, daily walks with my dogs & swimming. I have 3 children ages 28, 27, 23 and of course I love spending time with them! One thing you should know about me is I've raised 3 children who are all wonderful, productive caring adults. I come from a huge catholic family of 9 siblings, born and raised in Colorado. I have a BA in Business Leadership, managed a medical practice for 15 years. I like to keep busy. Helping others brings me the most joy. My skills include patience, knowledge, compassion.
