About Novella

Hello! I have been working with children both professionally and as a personal nanny for 8+ years. I grew up in theater, so I became a camp counselor when I was a teenager of course! However, I have worked as an afterschool arts teacher for around 3+ years of my adult life. In those years I taught a myriad of arts/performing arts classes including Musical Theater, STEM classes, Dance (hip-hop, ballet, tap, & lyrical), Drawing 101, as well as other fine arts classes. Often parents would offer a tutoring or nannying job after seeing their child perform as well. After this job I moved toward Behavior Intervention, and went through extensive training to become a BT. I worked in this field for a little over a year before using those skills to graduate to ILS Care work. I am very flexible and understanding, so please feel free to reach out! I'd love to help out.
