I'd describe my personality as fun, understanding, and caring. I like working with kids because watching them grow and experience the world brings me joy. I'm looking for a job that allows me the freedom to watch and teach a child, based on what works best for them. childcare isn't linear, each child has their own specific needs that should be met. I started working with kids 10 years ago. I've been a baby sitter, an older sister to a little brother. an older cousin to a host of cousins. I have been working kids professionally for 6 years. In my spare time, I like to read, dance, and travel. One thing you should know about me is I am very understanding. I want to know the parenting style of the parent and stay within that realm.
