I have excellent communication, listening skills and a positive attitude. I can do meal preparation and light cleaning. I also have great attendance and organization skills. I am a mature responsible adult with the ability to understand and accept individual differences in children and adults. I have strong work ethics and very motivated.

Absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive to my son waking up at night, never rushed a feed, and patiently comforted him. She is very flexible with timings and hours. She truly just wants to help and make the family’s experience positive. Highly recommend! 

Oksana worked with our family as a night nanny for all three of our children during the first ~3 months of their lives, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

She is extremely reliable and always arrives on time, often even a bit early. Oksana is wonderful with newborns and takes great care of nighttime feedings, diaper changes, and soothing, making sure babies are comfortable and well cared for.

All three of our babies were born slightly earlier than term, so feeding on a consistent schedule was especially important to keep them on the right growth path. Oksana helped tremendously with this and made sure each baby was fed and cared for throughout the night.

Nights with Oksana were always smooth and calm. She is a true professional who manages everything quietly so parents can actually rest while she is there.

Oksana was amazing with our little girl! She was caring, attentive, and very engaging with our daughter. She spent time singing, playing, and taking her for walks, which our daughter really enjoyed. Oksana worked with our family for 4 years. She started when my oldest was 4 months old. She helped me raise both my boys and my puppy! We would not have survived through the pandemic without her. Oksana shares her opinions on how to handle your kids but respects family's wishes on how you want certain things done. She always keeps the kids active and actively plays with them and plans enriching activities such as crafts, building structures out of magna tiles, etc. She is not a passive child care provider, she is active with the kids and keeps everyone busy with trips to parks, the library, and long walking adventures. She is incredibly reliable and only missed 2-3 days of work the entire 4 years she worked with our family. It was wonderful having someone care for my kids as if they were her own. Oksana is forever a part of our family!

We are really lucky to have Oksana caring for our 5-year son! She did a lot of cool arts & crafts with him (fused beads pictures, Halloween and Christmas decorations) as well as various projects focused on math and reading (they made a small book about an extraterrestrial together). She really knows how to engage kids and my son is looking forward to every her visit. Finally, Oksana is extremely punctual and dependable.

Oksana has been helping my family for several months now on a regular basis. she helps with household tasks like laundry and tidying up the kitchen, but I cannot describe the value she brings to my home. when I walk out of my office after I'm a long day of work, my house is tidy and in great condition. A couple of times she has helped to watch my twins and she is very engaging and even carries a whole box of puzzles and activities for kids with her in her car! I can't say enough good things about her and would highly recommend her to anybody looking for help in their home or with childcare. she is detail oriented, communicative, and just a pleasure to be around.

Oksana has been our nanny for almost a year. She is amazing! Our daughter (who is 1yr now) adores her and screams with excitement when she arrives each day. Oksana devoted all of their time together doing quality activities like reading, going to the park, singing, showing her new skills, etc. Oksana was never late and extremely dependable. She is truly a part of the family. We wish we could keep her, but she has also nannied for another family for many years and the scheduling did not work out once school started for the other family. She has a formal education in child care too. I give her my highest recommendation. 

Words can't express how much we loved having Oksana to care for our little girl. Our little one is an infant so needs lots of TLC and Oksana knew exactly what to do to keep her happy and well taken care of. She sang to her, walked around, took her outdoors, talked to her, and really made us feel comfortable when she was with her. She was always punctual and communicated great with us. We had to move from the area so discontinued services but would hire her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Oksana has been looking after my son five days a week, two hours per day, for the last nine months.  He has a lot of fun with her and enjoys her visits.  We're going to send him to daycare soon so that he can spend more time with other kids, but I would be happy to hire Oksana again for occasional babysitting or other children.
