About Olivia

I am 25 years old and I am a doctoral student in a social psychology! I am vaccinated and boosted and I am very Covid-cautious. I have been a caregiver for 11 years now and I love children. I am a very energetic and loving caregiver who has worked with kids with ages ranging from 2 months to 16 years old. I have worked with very large families as well! I love to take kids on outings to parks, museums, zoos, and other activities. I've cared for a child with Down syndrome where I was responsible for changing his diapers, feeding, and bathing him. I've done several overnights as well! Most recently, I've provide care for a child with non-verbal autism and greater support needs. Together we found ways to communicate effectively and better manage their aggressions. I've also taken classes in child development, and assisted in middle and elementary classrooms! These experiences helped me understand how to teach and care for children so we can all learn, try new things, and also have fun!
