My professional background includes CPR Training and First Aid Training, which allow me to provide reliable, high-quality care. As a dedicated caregiver, I assist with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medical management. I am experienced in dementia care and excel at de-escalating stressful situations or redirecting attention when behavioral changes arise. I maintain a calm, detail-oriented approach and prioritize your family's preferred communication method for daily updates. Most importantly, I focus on respecting the dignity and autonomy of those I serve. I am comfortable with pets, have my own transportation, and am ready to offer live-in support.
