She's was hired for the job after communicating for two months, references contacted, clearances confirmed, she met my children, schedule set up to start in September and mid August if I needed her and now she tells me she wants to have me sign/ create a legal document saying I will not sue her if she gets into an accident with my children. This is unrealistic and not recommended legally if she is negligent. Proceed with caution. Do not hire.
