Olivia is always on time and communicates extremely well. She is very reliable which is hard to find these days. All 3 of our kiddos love her and get excited when she's watching them. She's open to being as structured as you want her to be with the kids which is wonderful. If you are looking for someone that you can trust your kids with then look no further. She's also great with pets. She hasn't watched our pets yet but we wouldn't hesitate to ask her to stay and watch them if we needed a pet sitter.
