About Olivia

My name is Olivia, though I like to go by Livv. I have gracefully worked as a caregiver for over 15 years, beginning in 2007 as a DSP supporting individuals with autism and TBIs. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of working with both children and adults while learning how to support different personalities, needs, and behaviors. I later transitioned into working as an HHA, caring for elderly individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's. This role brought me great joy, allowing me to hear incredible life stories, build meaningful connections, and bring comfort to others during important moments in their lives. Whether families needed support or simply time to recharge, being there for their loved ones was truly rewarding. I later worked in hospice care, where I gained a deeper appreciation for compassion, patience, and cherishing every moment. To me, caregiving is more than a profession, it's a true calling.
