About Olivia

I am a focused and compassionate nanny who promotes child development through interactive play and creative learning. I am a recent college grad and have 4 years of experience working with toddlers (18 months - 4 years old), but have a passion to work with children of all ages. I find opportunities to help children grow into curious and creative humans! I cultivate strong communication skills in order to collaborate successfully with parents, and foster positive relationships with my kids, prioritizing their individual needs and personal growth. I am looking for families in the Laguna Beach area! I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, and nurturing. I like working with kids because I believe in my ability to positively impact a child's development and love watching them grow into confident and capable people. I graduated with a double major in Theatre and Psychology, so I am often acting when I have time! I am a reader and hiker.
