Hello-I'm Olivia. I have had 3 years of experience as a childcare provider and enjoy working with families who have one or two children. My approach combines safety, structure, and creativity. I prioritize routines, plan developmentally appropriate activities (outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, sensory play) and encourage positive behavior through gentle guidance. I can handle feeding, diapering/toileting support, naps, children's laundry, and transportation to activities or school. I communicate regularly with parents about schedules, milestones, and any concerns. I am obtaining my CPR and First Aid certification, have a clean background checks and strong references, and am happy to accommodate family routines, dietary needs, and screen time limits.
