With over 15 years of professional experience in senior and adult care, I bring a compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled approach to supporting older adults particularly those managing major health conditions. Throughout my career, I have worked in both residential care facilities and private home settings, where I have gained extensive expertise in creating individualized care plans, administering medication, assisting with daily living activities, and providing emotional support. My ability to remain patient, empathetic, and attentive allows me to build trusting relationships with both residents and their families ensuring that care is not only clinically effective but also respectful and dignified.
