Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, fostering their independence and well-being. My experience includes providing transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and specialized dementia care. I'm also comfortable assisting with hospice services and errands. I am patient, compassionate, and approachable. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Respecting independence is paramount in my approach. I have a high school degree, current CPR and First Aid certifications, and speak both English and Spanish. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
