About Oumaima

Experience: 9 yrs

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, and reliable. I've always loved working with kids ever since I started babysitting my younger cousins. Seeing their curiosity and joy as they learn and grow is incredibly rewarding. My top three childcare skills are effective communication, activity planning and engagement, and patience with problem-solving. I connect well with children, making sure they feel heard and understood, and keep parents informed about their child's progress.

My son is autistic so I'm always a little nervous about having someone new watch him, but Ima was so patient and sweet with him. She took the time to understand him and what works best for him which I really appreciate. Both my kids were comfortable around her and that gave me peace of mind. I'd definitely have her watch them again!
