Hi my name is Paige and I have been working with children in some capacity for my entire adult life. I have been a swimming coach, lifeguard, dance instructor, and elementary teacher. I have experience working with children with special needs and teaching 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades. I also have been trained in the Montessori pedagogy and I value seeing the whole child and creating a developmentally appropriate learning environment that caters to the child's social, emotional, and academic needs. I don't believe in doing anything for the child that they can do themselves, and I look at myself as a guide supporting the child in their own development of self and curiosity for the world around them. I love watching children reach developmental milestones, and experience new things.
