About Paloma

Hi, my name is Paloma! I have experience with infants and toddlers through individual family settings and in a daycare infant room with a 4:1 ratio. I have always loved helping family & friends with their young children so when it was time to get a job as a teen I was lucky enough to start with a great family and continue in early childcare in the following years. Working in a daycare environment with up to 4 infants under my care taught me to better multitask and adapt to individual needs while balancing different schedules. I am dedicated to providing care for a fun safe environment to support the happiness and wellbeing of the children. My approach centers around compassion, kindness, and patience.
