About Paola

My name is Paola, and I am an Electrical Engineering student with a passion for working with children. I have several years of childcare experience and over two years of experience coaching basketball for elementary and middle school students. Through coaching and caregiving, I have developed strong leadership, communication, patience, and problem-solving skills that help me connect with children of all ages. I take pride in being dependable, organized, and attentive to each child's individual needs. Families can trust me to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged, and cared for. Whether helping with homework, keeping children active, planning fun activities, or maintaining daily routines, I always strive to be a positive role model.
