About Parker

I have been working in childcare since I was about 11 years old and find it to be one of the most centering and fulfilling things I have ever done. I have worked as a nanny, babysitter, camp counselor, and childcare provider at a community center for a variety of ages from a couple months old to 13 years old. It never ceases to be enjoyable. I prioritize activities over screen time any day and have facilitated a host of creative projects and games and love to navigate each child's ability level and tailor the experience to them. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, patient, and kind I like working with kids because I get so much joy from them. I think it is so fascinating to watch how they grow and learn and think it is so much fun to be able to facilitate activities and art projects In my spare time, I like to be outside whether that be, camping, biking, hiking, etc. I also play club frisbee for a club team at the University of Utah. I also enjoy art in any and all media.
