It was a pleasure to have Trish work for me, taking care of my 85 year old Mother from January of 2015 until her death in late May of 2017. Trish was one of her three 24/7 caregivers. We used a diary of sorts, to keep track of her medications, activities and her general demeanor which was helpful in following my Mother's progress. With the diabetes finally in control with medication, Mom's dementia had begun to close down her interests. Lively conversations were rare. Trish brought a much needed element of interest in the outdoors back into her newly quiet life. Sharing an interest in gardening and crafting, Trish was able to draw out some conversation with Mom. She enjoyed the trips out and about again. There are many adjectives I could use to describe Trish's caregiving capabilities. Patient, professional and respectful are obvious ones, but she is also capable and informed. She is honest, happy and fun as well! Trish genuinely cares for her patients. She gives them back some dignity when they aren't even aware they've lost it. She always made sure that Mom was comfortable and happy. Whether going out shopping, watching a movie at home or even giving medications, there was always some kindness mixed in. I would not hesitate to hire Trish. Sincerely, Diane.
