Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. I have seven years of experience working with older people living with and without dementia. As today, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I have worked mostly in Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities. I'm compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and professional. I provide verbal updates during visits and regular updates via text or phone calls. I follow the family's preferred communication method. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I also have First Aid Training. I'm fluent in English and Spanish. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
