I'd describe my personality as creative, fun-loving, and a good balance between stern and flexible. Reasonable. I like working with kids because they have incredible imaginations and a simpler outlook. They have a sense of joy and sometimes even peace that no adult can replicate. I like watching them learn as they go about life, watching them develop their personalities, and playing! One thing you should know about me is I am very family-oriented. I am constantly around my immediate and extended family. I value those relationships greatly and hope to foster that in your kids as well. My skills include damage control, playtime, and sticking with rules even when they are struggling. I am always kind and empathetic and can be lenient at times, but generally speaking, rules are rules. And SAFETY FIRST!
