Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We had extensive conversations beforehand about the schedule, responsibilities, driving requirements, and expectations, and she accepted the position knowing all of these details. After her first day, she withdrew that evening for reasons already discussed before accepting. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability or apology for the disruption this caused our family.
