About Patricia

We are very happy to enthusiastically recommend Patricia (Patty) as a nanny! She did an extraordinary job taking care of our baby girl, starting at 4 months old. Patty is a pleasure to work with, as she is punctual, reliable, a great communicator and a very hard worker, always helping with something when she has an extra minute! We were very stressed having someone to take care of our first child when she was still very young but Patty put us at ease with her warm and happy and safe manner. She always went above and beyond and did her best to implement our parenting plans; for example, she was with us for the 3 to 2 nap transition which was quite hectic and was patient as we changed our mind what the best sleep plan was, while providing gentle input and even doing research on the weekends for best practices. Patty constantly plays with and reads to her and takes her on walks in the neighborhood, coordinates feeding and nap times with us, and keeps all our daughter's things clean and organized. She was also very generous and flexible when we had family in town and we asked to reshuffle her hours. Most importantly she keeps our daughter happy and healthy. Our daughter truly loves Patty and she is one of the family! We were very lucky to find her to provide care for our daughter in these early months and will miss her as our daughter transitions to group care. Any family would be lucky to have her.
