A little about me:
I have been babysitting since March 2022 and currently work full-time as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Clinic Manager at an ABA clinic. 
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through Ball State University. 
Safety is extremely important to me. I am CPR and First Aid certified, QBS certified, fully vaccinated, and boosted. 
Transportation:
I do not currently have a driver's license or vehicle. However, I have reliable transportation through Uber and Lyft.
Rates and Availability:
• 4-hour minimum
• $30/hour for date nights, occasional care
• $40/hour for same-day bookings
• $100 per night for overnight care (awake hours billed at my hourly rate)

Patricia is absolutely amazing, courteous, and punctual. We were on vacation and needed last minute childcare. My daughter doesn’t do well with unfamiliar people but she warmed right up to her so this was a huge relief. She kept us updated throughout the day and was very responsive. I would highly recommend trusting you babies with her!! 🥰

Aloha Mommas looking for the right person to help you with your child. We have been working with Patricia since Jan 2023. She works in the capacity for weekly date nights and we have taken her with us on mainland family vacations.
First you have to understand the skills she brings to the table. She is trained in ABA, the leading treatment for autism spectrum disorder. Our 5 year old son is on the spectrum and finding someone that understands the needs of a neuro-divergent child was important for us.  In our first visit she brought toys for sensory play and paired quickly with our son.  Also, Pat will provide as much structure in her car as you ask for. We work with routine and schedules. It just keeps
our house running smoother. We left a schedule (TV time, swim time, snack time - direction on feeding and toileting) and she followed them to a T. She even sends pictures as they move through each task.
I think it’s also important to understand that she has the patience and ability to co-regulate with our child when he tantrums. Our boy is verbal, but like many children on the spectrum he tantrums next level. She is able to hold the line, redirect, distract, or have him just have his moment while remaining calm herself.  We find this to be an exceptional skill and models to our son how to express dissatisfaction in a way to get his needs met through functional communication. He has hit her, bolted and fled, attacked the environment by throwing things and Pat has responded with kindness while maintaining boundaries.
If you don’t leave a schedule, Pat is child led - your child watches TV, then she follows. It’s really up to you and your parenting style. She is flexible to do both.
Finally, Pat does not have a car at this time and she Ubers to our home. She arrives early and has never missed a scheduled time or called to cancel last minute. Reliable she is.

I hired Patricia for date nights. Our 5 year old son is on the spectrum, we hired her based upon her work as an RBT. Our son has separation anxiety when we leave him and will cry non stop. Patricia was able to calm him upon us leaving. 
Our boy was happy and content when we got home. We've used Patricia quite a few times. We absolutely love Aunty Pat.

Yes she was on time, a little early. But I wasn’t satisfied with her work. Mostly she was on the phone and lazy to interact with my children. 

Patricia watched our 4 year old son over spring break. She was amazing! She was always on time, and my son looked forward to her visits every day. She sent pictures throughout the day and brought fun activities for him to enjoy. Highly recommend! 

I hired Patricia to babysit my 6 month old while I was oahu for business from maui. She was amazing with my son. She fed him, changed him and managed to get him down for two naps. She kept him entertained with floor time. My son refused to sleep in the crib or sleep tent, he fell asleep in her arms which was absolutely adorable. Pat sent updates wit pictures. I would hire her again and recommend her 100%. I hope she is available next time we are on oahu.

We hired Pat upon returning from a month long vacation to help with our 6 month old daughter. Our daughter refuses to take naps. My husband and I needed some rest because of jet lag and some time to unpack. Pat was patient and managed to get our daughter to take two naps while she was here. We would definitely hire her again. She has so much patience.

Pat was awesome with our two little ones. She babysat for us a few times as we were preparing for a move. She updated every 30min to an hour. She kept them entertained and happy. She absolutely great with kids. Would definitely hire her again when we move back to Hawaii.

Pat has babysat for us a few times. Our son has high functioning ASD. He is very comfortable with Pat. She taught our son to play UNO and connect four the first time she babysat for us. She is very understanding of children on the spectrum. We would actually like for her to work with our son as an RBT through an agency because we know her so well and our son is comfortable with her. I recommend her as your next babysitter 100%.

Patricia babysat our 2 year old back in July. She was amazing with our boy. She arrived on time before our scheduled time. She paired with our son very well. He was happy with her. Upon leaving she had taken him to pool. He was content with her. Our son was born early and premature, she understood the fragility of him and was very careful with him since he was so tiny at 2. She sent hourly updates with pictures and videos. She even got our son to use some communication that she uses with her therapy clients as our son is delayed in speech. By the end, our was happy with her. He even took by hand and led her to the elevators. We will definitely hire again when we come back to Hawaii.

We hired Patricia while we were on vacation in Hawaii. We love her background in special needs, behavior, and Psychology, that's why we knew she was right for the job. She arrived on time to every scheduled evening appointments as well as a Sunday for all day babysitting so that my husband and I could have a day to ourselves. Our kids love her, she was very patient with our children especially our eldest child who has speech delays. She was able to communicate with him either verbally or on his AAC device. 
She had activities for our children as well as taking our children to the hotel pool. She sent updates every 30 min to an hour that included pictures. Our children were very happy with her. She even got our picky eater to try better foods.
We would definitely hire her again when we are visiting Hawaii. Thank you

Patricia arrived on time to our scheduled appointment. She came prepared with activities for the kids. Patricia followed the nightly routine schedule for the children. She was able put my children to bed with no problems. My children are still asking for her and for when she is coming back to watch them. She sends 30 min to 1 hour updates. I hope she is available to babysit again.

Auntie Pat is amazing. My children was instantly drawn to her. Both my children are on the spectrum and they usually are very cautious of new people but when Auntie Pat came in they immediately warmed up to her. She was very patient and kind with my children. She brought sensory activities as well as arts and crafts. Auntie Pat is very knowledgeable with children on the spectrum. My children were sad to see her go at the end of the evening. We will 100% hire her again and again. I will recommend her to anyone for babysitting.

I love Patrica working with my child. She works amazing with my son, and would definitely hire her again.
