Trust and safety are the number one needs when ensuring the care of your child. The parent needs to leave the home comfortable that their child's safety is of the most importance. The next need is that the child spends time in a nurturing comfortable environment that fosters learning and play. . I am a retired Pediatric nurse. I have 5 adult children and 4 grandchildren. I was a mentor for Big Brothers and Big Sisters. I believe a child should learn with plenty of hands on activities with minimal screen time. I have a plethora of child care experience and references.
