She took over an established nanny share arrangement when my son was going through a phase of being a bit clingy to mom and dad... She was patient, kind, and earned his trust and affection. For the entirety of her tenure with us, Paula has expertly managed the share, which included my son and another two-year-old child. Juggling the varying needs, nap schedules, and temperaments of two busy toddlers is no easy feat, but Paula handles it with grace. She views her role as a developmental partner, not just a sitter -- under her attentive care, I've seen my son make noticeable progress on key social-emotional skills, such as taking turns and sharing. I also appreciate that she prioritizes spending a meaningful amount of time outdoors with the children daily. Paula is punctual, communicative, and tidy.
