Bringing a decade of experience to senior care, my motivation stems from a deep passion for supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence. I strive to make a positive impact on their lives, while also supporting their families by providing reliable care. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with families through verbal updates during visits or check-ins, and I follow the family's preferred communication method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, and incorporating memory care activities. I am skilled in transportation, errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training. I'm eager to bring my skills and dedication to your family and provide the support you need.
