About Paulina

My name is Paulina and I am a bilingual educator (Spanish/English) and I have been in the field of early childhood education for over 20 years. My work has ranged from nannying to working in childcare centers and home daycares. I am also a mother, auntie, and fierce lover of children. I believe that all children deserve safe and dignified environments for learning, playing, and exploring. I have spent years learning about child development through community college classes, trainings, reading, and in classroom practice. I enjoy building age appropriate curriculum and supporting children with getting ready for grade school. I believe it is important to nurture spaces where children can engage in play while also becoming critical thinkers and confident in themselves. It is an honor to be in this line of work and to be a trusted adult in so many children's lives while also being able to build relationships with their families.
