Hi! My name is Payton and I'm 18 years old. I currently work as an intern at Montclair Pre-K, where I've gained valuable experience working closely with young children. The kids and teachers love having me around because I bring fun, high energy, and a warm, caring presence. I would describe my personality as friendly, patient, responsible, and outgoing. I naturally connect with kids and love making them feel happy, safe, and understood. Working with children is something I truly enjoy not just because it's fun and rewarding, but also because I grew up around it. My mom is a teacher, and seeing her make a difference in children's lives inspired me to do the same. As a babysitter, I'm looking for a family that values kindness, open communication, and trust.
