Hi! I'm Payton and I've always loved spending time with children and helping them feel safe and happy. Being around kids brings me a lot of joy, and I enjoy being a positive, supportive presence in their day-to-day lives. I have experience working with infants as well as children of all ages, and I feel comfortable adapting my care to meet each child's needs. I focus on creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can feel comfortable being themselves, learning, playing, and growing at their own pace. I also understand how important consistency and structure are for children, so I make it a priority to follow your household routines, schedules, and parenting preferences as closely as possible. Whether it's mealtimes, bedtime routines, playtime rules, or learning activities, I aim to provide stability and continuity so your little ones feel secure, confident, and right at home even when you're away.
