About Payton

Hi, my name is Payton! I am an experienced and dependable child care provider with a strong background in child development and behavior support. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting preschool-aged children with special needs and behavioral challenges. My experience includes working in a behavioral hospital with adolescents ages 12-17, serving as a substitute teacher for elementary and middle school students, providing care as a counselor in a group home for children ages 7-12, and working as a camp counselor for 10-year-olds. I am skilled at creating safe, structured, and engaging environments while supporting children's emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
