She is a tremendously patient, reliable, trustworthy, and caring individual. She was always punctual, providing us with peace of mind that our children were in safe and capable hands, allowing us to focus on our work without worry. She was an absolute joy to be around and I can honestly say that she never once raised her voice and was always incredibly kind, patient and calm.
