About Pearlie

I am a loving, kind, patient, and detail-oriented person. I have been in childcare for 20 years working with all different ages in addition to having reared children of my own. My previous positions as director and teacher of childcare facilities have allowed me to work with children and influence the family unit in a positive and sustainable way. I observe the behaviors of children and teach them based on their personalities so that they feel seen and respected. I believe that having respect for children is the cornerstone of a successful relationship with them. When I work with children, my goal is to empower them to be confident in who they are and encourage them to make good decisions. I would work best with a relaxed family that also values structure for the children. I want to surround myself with happy people and would love to provide loving support to a working family. I enjoy the arts such as theater, music, art, and traveling and can provide flexibility with discussion.
