About Pearl

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which inspired me to become a caregiver. As a patient and calm individual, I prioritize clear and open verbal communication with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, typically during pickup. While I do enforce household rules, I admit I'm still developing my full comfort level in this area. For activities, I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children. With three years of experience caring for one child at a time, I'm comfortable providing care for children between the ages of six and 11. I hold a college degree and have completed coursework in Early Child Development. Additionally, I have First Aid Training. I'm willing to help with carpooling, and I'm a non-smoker. I'm excited to meet and care for your child!
