About Petra
Experience: 7 yrs
Hi, I'm Petra! I am currently in my junior year of college, studying Human Services with minors in Early Childhood and Statistics at Elon University in North Carolina. I am from Kansas City originally and I graduated from Pembroke Hill School in 2023. Outside of school, I love hanging out with friends, reading, doing yoga, and am a member of the mock trial team. I absolutely love working with kids! I am CPR and Red Cross First Aid certified, and I have been babysitting for 7 years, and I have experience with ages 3 months to 12 years. I have also worked as a camp counselor and in after school care. I am home in KC for the summer and will be available from early June to late August. I have my drivers license and I drive a Subaru that can hold up to four passengers. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions!
Most recent review
Our family has hired a multiple sitters from Care.com and Petra is one of the best sitters we’ve worked with. She is punctual, communicative, and so good with children. My two children immediately bonded with Petra and loved playing with her. She engaged with my son with care and I could see she really enjoyed working with children. I would love to work with her again. Highly recommend her!
